In recent years, with the development of globalization, communications between countries are becoming more and more frequent. Social welfare is tied up with our lives, especially the child welfare system.While understanding the efforts western countries have made, enough attention will be aroused by us, so that the child welfare system in China can be more perfect. The material of the thesis is divided into seven parts except for introduction which is excerpted from the journal Helping Children, Helping Parents. Introduction, the second and third part are selected for the thesis. Different translation methods are used to deal with the problem in the translation from terms of nouns and sentences. Word- for- word translation and addition are used for nouns and pre and post method for attribute clauses.
