The object of this thesis is mainly Zhao Shuli’s novels.Zhao Shuli is one of the most famous literature, with his simple and humorous language to conquer the readers, for the reader to create a department of famous literary works so far. Showing a strong flavor of life and local characteristics. The paper selects the typical works on marriage description in Zhao Shuli’s novels as the research object, in the perspective of folklore, in-depth analysis of the marriage form in Shanxi before and after the founding period, and the changes of marriage customs description of social and cultural value.The thesis is divided into three chapters.
