The Mongolian Army "looting" The Oral History Of The Alashan Herders

Demchigdongrob, the prince of Sonid Right Banner of Shilin Gol League,launched "Mongolian Autonomous Movement " in Dingyuan Ying town of Alxia in 1949. After the Autonomy movement failed, the Mongolian Army led by Demchigdongrob went to the desert area of Alxia, and pillaged properties of local people.Based on oral history and historical documents, the thesis expounds the memories and estimate of Alxia people toward the Demchigdongrob’s army.The thesis consists of 5 parts:introduction, main text, conclusion, reference and appendix.The chapter 1 introduces the prince Demchigdongrob and the whole process of Mongolian Autonomous Movement".The chapter 2 discribes the process of Demchigdongrob’Mongolian Army robbed the Alxia people based on oral history.The chapter 3 represents the historical memory and estimate of Alxia people toward Mongolian Army of Demchigdongrob.The conclusion summarizes the whole text and analyzes the word "rob " from perspective of anthropology.
