This paper presents the situation outside of Mongolian People’s Republic before/1932-1939/the war of Nomun Khan that was held in the eastern frontier of Mongolia and the condition of Mongolian People’s Revolutionary Army during the war.Besides the war of Nomonhan the dreadful "political repression" that killed a massive number of people of Mongolian People’s Republic under the motivated political rule of Soviet Union was being operated. The author describes the historical process how the political repression influenced on Mongolian People’s Revolutionary Army.Nomonhan war was started because of the interests of the big countries. However it is said that the cause to the start of the war is the border conflict of Manchu. Unfortunately the war was ended without accomplishing its purpose. Therefore the reason of the war that it was started due to the border conflict is logically not true.On the other hand the "political repression" that was said the nightmare in the history of Mongolian People’s Republic coincided with the existence of "Decisive Manchu Empire". This motivated political repression influenced on the Army life of People’s Republic of Mongolia and the huge number of the high ranked officers was killed on a purpose. Therefore it impacted on the psychology of the soldiers of the Mongolian People’s Revolutionary Army who were participating in "Nomonhan" war.Although the Japanese and Soviet soldiers played a significant role in the war of "Nomonhan" it is factually true that the Mongolian Revolutionary Army accomplished its own role in the war. During the "political repression" despite the huge loss of not only the army officials but also the massive number of soldiers, Mongolian Revolutionary Army with the help of the soldiers of the Red Army of the Soviet Union participated in the war successfully to save the independence of the country and to protect the land of their country and brought the victory. Even though the army of the Soviet Union experienced the difficulty of the war and took the prestige the role of the Mongolian Revolutionary Army in the war was not little. The clearest and the largest proof of their victory is today’s Mongolia.
