| This paper mainly tells the story of the Northern Song Dynasty northwest Stong Kha Dynasty of the ups and downs; influence between and within the region the development of religion and the rule of politics and religion. The full text is divided into four chapters; the first chapter mainly introduces the Tibet Dynasty division of social environment and political situation of Qinghai and Longxi Tibetan area.
