Language is the carrier of culture.China is a country with a splendid catering culture. Diet and taste are inseparable.It is taste that closely connected to our daily lives as one of the most important organs.And it’s also quite obvious for foreign scholars to master the words of taste sense.Compared to most languages in the world,the character of highly relied on parataxis which is totally strange for foreign scholars. Therefore they have to faced various kinds of obstacles during the learning progress which is aimed to acquire Chinese as their target language.The words which represents the sensation of sweetness are extended in many metaphorical meanings along with the develop of Chinese.That caused lots of troubles for foreign learners.Chinese educational is fairly far from perfection temporarily and we still got a long way to go on popularization.Despite plenty of researches of the words of taste sense in Mandarin,it is in a stage of exploration of researches of the words which represents the sensation of sweetness yet.That’s why we should do this research.This paper choose the union of quantitative statistics and analysis as my research methods, define the conception of the words which represents the sensation of sweetness with the help of authoritative reference books of Chinese Dictionary and study these words by semantic analysis.I used error analysis as my methods to study the bias of foreign learners collected from several interlanguage corpus and made them became the basis of Chinese teaching in order to provide feasible suggestions and promote further to teaching of the words which represents the sensation of sweetness.
