The paper mainly in study of dialogue instruction philosophy of Martin Buber(1878-1965) as foundation, and attempts to compare China and Norway piano instruction and piano playing by the way of “dialogue”, and analysis of respect of differences, equality, freedom of thought in the “dialogue” piano instruction. Today, eduction of the concept of “dialogue” and the educational philosopgy of other theory has affected every professtional music instruction. “Dialogue” will affect the instruction subject of marginalization of piano instruction. To explore the “dialogue” can improve the structure of teaching significance in piano instruction and piano playing. The piano instruction relates to ”people- object” and “people- people” dialogue, and such multi-level dialogue is an important bridge to rebuild the role of teachers and students. It is currently the necessary development of Chinese piano dialogue instruction.
