This thesis tried to clarify the basic intension of Martin Buber's language view on the basis of his relation philosophy. It particularly focused on the intrinsic association between his relation philosophy and language view, the way to express the existence because of different language attitudes and the ethical dimensions. And meanwhile, the thesis discussed these isssues such as the different appearances of language itself in the visual threshold of relation philosophy, how to break through the general frame of language by Buber with the conversational language, the close relationship between the poetic characteristics of language and the language view, the dialogue force of the language used as a tool to touch the "the Eternal Thou" in a divine context, and how to avoid the solipsism, do some analysis of the consciousness in the philosophical view and the meaning of this task on the basis of discussing the foundmental philosophical questions by Buber and so on .The first chapter gave a clue of Buber' relation philosophy in order to show a basic visage of Buber's relation noumenon. The basic content of this thesis will keep consistent with the book called / and Thou written by Buber because it is the first time that gave a full unfoldment of Buber's relation philosophy. The second chapter aimed at illuminate the transition from relation noumenal to language discussion. The basic point is Dialogue. It is not only the bridge between the relation noumenal and language, but also it is the prominent characteristic of vivid and lifelike is that the dialogue is a continuous flow through the discussion about the relation noumenal. Language is the necessary factor to the relation per se and dialogue per se. Language is not the possible premise of the relation and dialogue but the basic request of them. So the language has the priority. The third chapter stated the language questions refering to the relationship between language and ethic, language and time, speech and audition, the position of language, poetic language and metaphor, and the hereinto language and religion language. It would show us the preference of person-oriented of Buber's language view and the special interest of his language view in the relation philosophy.Although we talked about Buber's language view in a visual threshold of relation philosophy, its essential meaning can not be avoided. So the last chapter tried to clarify the possible position of Buber's language view in the western person-oriented language view and the distance of relation philosophy and dialogue language with solipsism and consciousness philosopy. At last, since Buber perceived the relationship of language and existence for a long time, but we need know why his philosophy didn't give birth to the influence as much as Heidegger's philosophy, and in what kind of dimentions we could work out a new understanding of language along with the work of bringing up again the existence question.
