| Content:The purpose of this thesis is to sort out the developing trend of Chinese natio nal patterns and make a fruther research into its heritage and innovation, establishing t he system of patterns with Chinese characteristics in the course of discribing the tradit ional national patterns. The readers will learn the origin, heritage and innovation of na tional patterns. I will offer some personsl references to my counterparts.China is an ancient country with thousands years of civilization, its patterns demonstr ate striking national cultural characteristics. They have been enriched and perfected d uring the long history of development. Nowadays, the internet connects the world and mergers the cultures of different countries, which provides new platform for the devel opment of Chinese national patterns.It is the issue I will discuss in my thesis to keep national characteristics, absorb new c ultures and create new national patterns in the future development.The whole thesis is composed of two sections.In Chapter one, I depict the heritage of Chinese national patterns, analyse their com position and sort out the heritage of the patterns to prove that the national patterns hav e been influenced by contemporary culture in its long history of development.In chapter two, I research the innovation of national patterns, discussing the compositi on at different levels, analysing the integration and innovation of traditional patterns on the basis of pattern elements to prove that Chinese national patterns integrate decra tive elements in its development. |
