The problem of this paper discussed is problems of warlords from Sui to early time of Tang dynasty. Main body could be divided into six parts, main contents as following:Introduction Part reveals the content and meaning of this topic, point out the idea of this research. Through recall the related academic research, overview the basic awareness of this segment political history, then pointed out causes that why the paper defined the title.The first chapter discusses the bureaucratic group from Sui to early time of Tang dynasty. Around the law case of Su wei, discusses how the bureaucratic group as a kind of political force produces, develop and play a role in the time from Sui to early time of Tang dynasty. Such force could be divided into two parts, one is the politicians who were persecuted by the ruthless law of Sui, another is the politicians who were took the office of gowns-men of Sui at one time. This chapter particular emphasis on the former.The second chapter discusses businessmen of Sogdian from Sui to early time of Tang dynasty. Around the Wang Shi chong regime, the paper points out that the regime of Wang in Luo yang represents the Interest of the businessmen of Sogdian.On the basis of it, the paper discusses the influence power of them from Sui to early time of Tang dynasty. The last section discusses the influences the nationalization between different districts and people, that is a point of cultural view.The third chapter discusses the refugees and gallant men from Sui to early time of Tang dynasty. The first section discusses the influences of a series of martial policy in Emperor Yang of Sui, the influences manifest itself in the produce of refugees and the pattern of warlords regimes. The second section discusses the external cause of warlords regimes through the view of military affairs. The third section discusses the interior cause of warlords regimes through the view of dispersion characteristics.The fourth chapter is an aggregate analysis based on above content. The first section discusses the regime structure of warlords. The second section discusses the legality of warlords. The third section discusses the Taoism belief of hierarchy in early time of Tang dynasty.The last chapter is summary. This part mainly talks about the following development of three kinds of political power in early time of Tang dynasty and give a review about methodology of this paper.
