Seeking The Ontological Commitment Of Hope

Ontology is the heart of philosophy,which cannot shake off or completely digest to exist independently. At the same time, philosophy,as a way of human having knowledge of the world, must be connected with the method of human’s existence. So, the real ontology is the expression of presence, and is the ultimate concern of all thought and action, which provides foundation for people. Marx’s philosophy just realized this kind of transformation of ontology. It didn’t follow the traditional entity ontology, rather than appeal to people’s practice, and pursuit people’s liberation. So, Marx opened to modern ontology from “arbitrary” to “promise”. Bloch made the innovation that he used“not yet exist”,“hope”,“concrete utopia”,“battle optimism ”four key words to reconstruct the Marx’s philosophy,and formed his own hopeful philosophy. He saw “hope”as the basic category of ontology by running it into the acknowledge of people, universe and the utopian’s vision, aiming at waking up the hope in spirit, inspiring people to surpass reality, going out of the darkness,changing the world,and forging ahead towards the future home. This home is not an end, nor a platform, but the eternal pursuit for emancipation.
