Hope is a kind of motivational state based on the inner feeling of success.Well-being is individual's subjective psychological experience to self-being and objective mental function state. Countless studies showing both hope and well-being have significant correlation to employee's mental health, job performance, organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behavior, turnover intention. This research explored the relationship among hope, Well-being and organizational commitment. In the study, data were collected by means of there questionnaire of State Hope Scale,Multiple Happiness Questionnaire and Questionnaire of Chinese employee's organizational commitment from 344 employee and civil servant in NingBo, HeFei, NanChang, and analyzed with SPSS 13.0 and LISREL8.70 soft ware. The results showed:1. There were significant differences in the level of hope state of the different gender and position, in the Well-being of the different gender and position, in the organizational commitment of the different gender, education level, length of service in the current unit and position;2.The optimanl model of hope, well-being and organizational commitment is:psychology well-being have direct positve infuence on organizational commitment,hope plays fully mediating role of the relationship in which subjective well-being positive effect on organizational commitment.Based on the results above, the study suggests that hope and well-being are two impotant factors on affecting employees'organizational commitment, organizations should take some measures relevant to employee, leaders and organizational climate, which can elevate the levels of employees' hope and well-being in the workplace, thereby enhancing staffs' commitment to the organization.and promote the healthy and sustainable development of organization.
