| This papar analyzes and studies the use of the speech acoustic method in the acquisition of the second language acquisition, and makes a sound analysis of the acquisition of Chinese Vowels in Monggolia. In the introduction part introduced about the language acquisition theory, the reason for choosing the topic and purpose, research methods, pronunciation and pronunciation vocabulary.First chapter, comparatives study of target language Chinese standard pronunciation and learning the mother tongue Khalkha Mongolian dialect short vowel system and distinguish the similar vowels of target language and native language, target language and mother tongue different vowels and learn the target language,but not native "new vowels".
