Illustrations, also known illustrator, referring to the attached drawings in books.China’s Ming Dynasty is the book publishing boom has been the history books, tools, booksand popular literature books and other categories, which especially drama, fictiondominated popular literature is very popular in the late Ming period. Popular popularliterature is closely related to the social attitude of the literati, and drama, fictionillustration of this is a window to show the artistic life of the late Ming thought, istheir understanding of the needs of everyday life and reflect. Object of study is the MingChongzhen Zhejiang Wu Min Qi Ji presided engraved “The West Chamber” Illustrated thisbook to “Magic” as the theme, with exquisite visual language, memorable creativepatterning technique of “The West Chamber” story perfect present.“The West Chamber” in the Ming dynasty, much too numerous to mention, and mostly withillustrations, but rare color illustrations. And Min Qi Ji West Wing painted carved usingDou version is exquisite, while its screen image is also creative classic.
