The Chinese characters thought of Qing dynasty was extremely exuberant,therefore, creating “Shuo Wen Four Schools”, that is Duan Yucai, Gui Fu, ZhuJunsheng and Wang Yun, who have so many splendid achievements. Among them,Wang Yun’s writings are great and rich and state his own unique idea of literaturewhich promote the development of Shuo Wen. This artical takes “Fenbiewen”and“Leizengzi” which are proposed by Wang Yun as a research object, start from basicconcept,combine with specific examples to discuss the essence. Distinguished“Fenbiewen”“Leizengzi”and Gujinzi by method of comparative analysis to open upacademic vison. In the article, research has been done between the relationship ofwords, making it from point to surface, shallower to deeper, studying the words toacquainting philology. During the step-by-step analysis, Wang Yun’s thought ofphilology is summarized detailedly. And his philology theory can be uesed to solvesome academic problems.The introduction part of this article introduces that Wang Yun and his maincontribution to Shuo Wen. In chapter one, accoeding to the concepts of “Fenbiewen”and “Leizengzi” that Wang Yun proposed,“Fenbiewen”is classified into Jieyichengziang Fenyichengzi.“Leizengzi” is classified into Jiapangxianyi, using the newcharacter after Jiapang, using the previous charactor after Jiapang. Combining withexamples in Shuo Wen Shi Li and Shuo Wen Ju Dou, it tries to define the significancecategory of “Fenbiewen” and “Leizengzi” by vertifying the examples one by one.Chapter two is based on chapter one. It makes clear that the vague relationgshipbetween “Fenbiewen”“Leizengzi” and Gujinzi by recognizing them accurately toconclude their similarities and differences among them. Chapter three discusses thesignificance of philology that the concept of “Fenbiewen” and “Leizengzi” influenceon. The emergence of new terminology promotes the development of philology. ButWang Yun’s research is still debatable. His theoretical perspectives in the practicalapplication process, are often contradictory. So that it can not accurately determinesome words are “Fenbiewen” or “Leizengzi” according to the concepts.“Fenbiewen”and “Leizengzi” belong to Xingshengzi. So Chapter four discusses Wang Yun’sthought of Xingshengzi and the relationship between “Fenbiewen”“Leizengzi” andXingshengzi.
