A Study Of Wang Bi 's The Analects Of Confucius

The Analects is the representative work of Confucianism. Wang Bi is a representative metaphysics figure in the times of ZhengShi in Wei and Jin dynasties. Interpretation of Analects is the new interpretation of The Analects on the background of the metaphysics in Wei and Jin Dynasties. The main point is on the interpretation of the text. To investigate the items of the relationship between Confucianism and Metaphysics, the unique issues based on The Analects like the view of nature, the theory of temperament and the theory of the ins and outs, the characteristics of combining Confucianism and Taoism, ontology and phenomenon and using classics as a way of expressing one’s own ideas.
