Evolution of the clan wang's thought and belief has its unique characteristic. The evolution ,in a certain degree,is a mirror of the times and the polical situation.The thesis consider that Confucianism was the root of the Lang Ya family,but they could change and adjust a little the thought which was believed by them from generation to generation,according to the polical situation and the periodical changes.The clan Wang in Lang Ya prefecture began to believe in Taoists' thought from the three successive generations of the Xi Han Dynasty,that were the generations of Wang Ji Wang Jun and Wang Chong.The end of the Dong Han Dynasty, Wang Xiang and Wang Lan went on believing in Taoists' thought. During the Xi Jin Dynasty,Wang Rong,WangYan,and Wang Deng,because they were affected by the special political environment and the historical period,they began to believe in the domination of the Heavenly Teacher.During the Xi Jin Dynasty,because of the similar reasons,the clan Wang gradually converted to the Buddhism.Meanwhile,because of the political needs and the periodical needs,Wang Rong converted from the thought of metaphysics surpassing the domination of Ming to be natural to the doctrine of metaphysics, the nature is the same as the domination of Ming. Similarly, Wang Rong changed from the political theory of strategy to the doctrine of metaphysics. Nevertheless,the idea of Wang Rong was different from the thought of Wang Yan and Wang Deng in essence.Although Wang Dao and Wang Dun also believed in the thought of metaphysics,they were both pragmatic people,which made their interest of Lang Ya family arrive at the summit during the early period of Dong Jin Dynasty.The rebellion of Su Jun and Zu Yue had its internal reason. Wang Dao accurately and promptly grasped the political opportunity which had been brought by the riot to recontrol the central government so that the family of power and influence in the Dongjin political situation whose representatives were the three families of Wang, Yu, and Tao, sharing the authority of controlling China, came into being.
