Confucianism. His theory of "emptiness, quietness, feeling and connection" has absorbed many philosophical thoughts of Buddhism and Taoism.Wang Ji regards conscience as "the purpose of the three religions within the scope",and in the process of constructing conscience system, there are many judgments and blends of Buddhism and Taoism in his thoughts. This article hopes to explore the integration of Confucianism and Buddhism in the late Ming Dynasty on the basis of Wang Ji’s thought. However, based on the interaction between Wang Ji and the Buddhist, this article summarizes the new thoughts in the ideological collision between Wang Ji and the Buddhist people. On the way of exploring the Holy Way,Wang’s thoughts have a deep integration and absorption of Buddhism, which not only integrates the mainstream thoughts of Buddhism, but also integrates the thoughts of ontology and Kung Fu based on Confucianism. At the same time,Wang Ji’s conscience belief theory not only exerted a considerable influence on the Yangming scholars in the middle and late Ming dynasties, but also represented a basic form of the religious trend of Yangming studies in the middle and late Ming dynasties.Through the study of Wang Ji’s own theory(now arranged as "Wang Ji"),supplemented by"Ming history","Ming Confucianism case" and other historical books and classics, this paper summarizes the ideological system of Wang Ji’s integration of Confucianism and Buddhism. In addition, through the understanding and comparison of the thoughts and practices of Yangming scholars in the same period in history, this paper is intended to probe into the development of the school of "mind learning" in the late Ming dynasty and the mutual influence between the various schools of Buddhism and "mind learning" in the late Ming dynasty. In Wang Ji’s view of the three teachings,he believes that the spiritual realm of "emptiness and emptiness" is not the patent of Buddhist thought, but also the inner dimension of Confucianism. But this point in the middle and late Ming dynasty Yangming school actually has quite representative, can be said to be the Yangming scholars in the late Ming dynasty advocated the three schools of thought integration of an important performance. Therefore,in the Confucian school of thought in the late Ming dynasty, the reason why Wang Ji could be called "three religious masters" was that Wang Ji firmly believed in conscience on the basis of his teacher’s "to conscience" and "four-sentence teaching",and pushed Mr.Yang Ming’s theory of the combination of three religions to a new height. In the process of exploring the Holy way,Wang Ji’s thought has a deep integration with Buddhism. From Wang Ji’s three religious views,it is believed that the spiritual realm of"emptiness and silence" is not the patent of Buddhism, but the internal dimension of Confucianism. This point is also quite representative in Yangmingism in the middle and late Ming Dynasty. It can also be said that Yangming scholars advocated the integration of the three religions in the late Ming Dynasty. In the Confucianism in the late Ming Dynasty, the reason why Wang Ji could be regarded as a "three-religion master" was that Wang Ji firmly believed in conscience on the basis of his teacher’s "to conscience" and "four-sentence religion" and pushed Mr.Yangming’s theory of the unity of the three religions to a new height.Wang Ji’s theory was based on his teacher Wang Yangming’s theory of "conscience",but in the process of elucidating the core of his academic thought,Wang Ji absorbed the thought of Buddhism and Taoism in many ways, which made the connotation of his theory more close to Buddhism and Taoism, and caused many comments at that time and even later generations.Nevertheless,Wang Ji devoted his whole life to lecturing, and still passed on his profound thought of integrating Confucianism and Buddhism to later generations. He really achieved the goal of "Introducing Buddhism into Confucianism",which provided new nutrients for the thought of "mind learning" It is difficult for people not to misunderstand the "positive learning" of Buddhism and Daoism, but the influence of Wang Ji’s learning in the late Ming dynasty and even in later generations has been tested by history. Therefore, this paper aims at the special historical period of the late Ming dynasty; In the special historical background of "confrontation" and "intercommunication",scholars from all sides have summarized the academic thoughts of Wang Ji and his scholars, and at the same time made a rough study of the thoughts of Confucianism and Buddhism in Wang Ji,so as to meet the needs of the local people. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Wang Ji, Buddhism, Confucianism, Introducing
