Under the situation of Chinese international promotion process deepening, teaching Chinese as a foreign language is increasingly reflecting its characteristics in cross-cultural communication. Teacher as the main body of teaching Chinese as a foreign language, grasping skilled cross-cultural communicative competence has become the core of professional basic quality. The students who study in master degree of Chinese international education, as main cultivation objects of the talents of teaching Chinese as a foreign language outputting and reserving, directly face teaching abroad in the future, and they are paid more attention to develop capacity of teaching practice abroad, which mainly focusing on adaptation for overseas teaching environment. Now Intercultural communication course is the main way of cultivating students’ intercultural communicative competence, its further reform is benefit for greatly improving students’ cross-cultural communicative competence.In the following paragraph, it surveys the current situation of the course (Intercultural communication course is arranged for Chinese international education master) in order to improve the cross-cultural communicative competence. In this article, it collect the course’s relevant information about teaching present condition through questionnaire and interview from many domestic colleges and universities, and finds that it exists some problem in different degrees in the aspects of resources using in practice, teaching arrangement, selection of teaching materials and teaching conditions. Then it put forward some scientific and feasible suggestions for improvement aiming at the above problem on the aspects of students’ self-study, teaching outline writing, compiling teaching material, class link setting, and strengthening practice basis on the basis of drawing lessons from other languages’ related experience, and hope that it give humble opinions for scholars who will study this the field in the future, at the same time, hope that promote the development of the course through the discussion.
