| Positive emotions extends the thinking of the individual, the scope of action and build the personal resources, help individuals to better respond to the challenges of life, improve the level of mental health. Therefore improving positive emotions of teachers has an important significance. The purpose of this study is to explore the intervention effect of the group counseling in positive emotions of the high school teachers.The study is quasi-experimental study with intervention. The research objects are high school teachers, measured prior to the implementation of the experimental group, post-test, and improve mood through a set of training courses to improve positive emotions, group counseling12TianjinCity high school teacher intervention time for a week, about60minutes each time, for a total of4weeks. The front side of the scale "positive emotions and negative emotions questionnaire" to collect post-test data and results were analyzed using the SPSS statistical software, as well as subjective evaluation of the experimental group.Results of data analysis Show:1) were trial intervention later positive emotional score and before the intervention score compared to significantly improve the (P<0.01);2) were trial intervention later score before the the the score and intervention of the negative emotions compared to the significantly a decrease of (P<0.01)the after being of intervention;3) score before the compared to in the the score and intervention of the trial overall life satisfaction significantly improve the (P<0.01).
