SFBT, one of the extensively approved methods for psychological consultation andtreatment all over the world, which performs pretty good on individual consulting and groupcounseling, is now gradually applied to the psychological counseling in the school. Recently, oursociety is pay more attention to the pressures senior high school students are facing with in lifeand study in order to take corresponding measures. This research aims to explore the possibilityof the applying and promoting of SFBT in improving the way to deal with of senior high schoolstudents and designs the study on interventions that how SFBT inflects senior high schoolstudents’ reactions based on the reference of domestic and overseas researches.This study plans to help senior high school students to set targets and find approaches forsolving problems, try positive concepts and experience in themselves, rebuild theircomprehension of problems, learn according coping styles and improve them, form maturecoping styles and apply to life through8SFBT tutors. The destination of this research isdiscussing the feasibility and effectiveness of the performances SFBT works on abilities ofsenior high school students’ coping styles. We use scale evaluation and interview, quantitativeand qualitative evaluation combined methods before and after intervention.The results of the study show that:1SFBT improved senior high school students’ coping styles and helped them form concepts offacing the problems positively.2SFBT improved senior high school students’ Anxiety,depression mood. They graduallyensured their potential ability, found and used the positive force they have actively.3SFBT improved the social supports of high school students, increased the degree of theirsocial supports and enriched their social support recourses.
