The culturetolerance brought by the development of Hong Kong’s unique history is fullyreflected through the use of multiple musical elements in his films. Thus, this studymainly foucus on three aspects.To sum up, this paper will use triple relationship symbolic theory of Pierce,putting under the background of Hong Kong’s unique urban culture, to focus on theanalysis of Wong Kar-Wai film text, resolve the way of using symbols in its moviemotif, modeling and music, and mining the role and value of the symbol in the filmtext, thus showing the unique artistic charm of Wong Kar-Wai film, helping to fully understand and grasp the artistic style of the the Wong Kar-wai film.
