Performance art compare with other art is younger. It is not hundreds and thousands ofyears of historical experience.At the beginning of twentieth Century,science technology in thefield of art,which is appeared a kind of comprehensive art in a movie.At that time,filmperforming arts gradually formed. As a discipline,it has its own laws, the actor through it canbe achieved in the portrayal of characters.But in this process,not every actor can be do it everywell,even not give impression deeply in others mind.Because everyone is a differentperson,whom have different cultural background and life experiences,ideology.Howeverliterature script character is a fixed action, personality and psychological changes.When anactor himself as the incarnation of" role", it can be easily inextricable bogged down in,and"rational" is too strong, it will fall into the performance of rigid and not true.The reason forsuch a problem is that the actors perform in the process of" two self" failed to timelytransformation.the relationship between the role and self not be in harmony.Although manyyoung actors make some film and television works in every year,it is that famous and successis less and less. Most of the actors in the entertainment industry has appeared in dozens offilm and television works, but still not known, shaping the character or some older artists.This paper is established in Stanislavski Konstantin’s system.In this system, the core of theexperience on the basis of the image of actor. This system could provide the method to" helpactor through the art of living, real image, to characters, thoughts and feelings, is can be helpcreate the living image of actor".But he ’s system is a product of the times, with theStanislavsky ’s understanding deepen, its also in development.Even so, it is not only perfect,we cannot him rigid, absolute. Firstly this paper talk about actor on himself trainingtheoretical to study. And secondly, on the self and the role of the internal and externalrelations of the contradiction and unity are studied and the burden of discourse.
