Observation On Curative Effect Of Yiqi Dissipation On Patients With Colorectal Cancer

Purpose:To observe and analyze the effect of the method of nourishing qi and warming yang in the treatment of postoperative patients with colorectal cancer。Material and method:Retrospective analysis and improving degree during a march in March 2014 to 2015 in Liaoning Province Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine Department of oncology of 48 cases of colorectal cancer patients, in theconventional treatment based on application TCM Yiqi dissipation method treatment, and before and after the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine clinical symptoms relief, like a physical record, to quantify the scores as indicators of efficacy evaluation, the results using statistical software SPSS 19.0 for statistical analysis and processingResults:1. 48 cases of colorectal cancer were main clinical symptoms and signs among them: 6 cases of hematochezia, abdominal distension in 10 cases, 26 cases of anorexia, weakness of 34 cases, 32 cases of abdominal pain, diarrhea in 17 cases, weight loss in 36 cases, 13 cases with constipation, nausea and vomiting in 9 cases, fever in 6 cases.2. By the TCM clinical symptom score quantitative standard of patients before and after the symptoms and signs of contrast that its efficiency: 50.0% for blood in the stool, anorexia, 69.2%, 81.2% of abdominal pain, fatigue and 73.5%, 76.5% of diarrhea, 77.8% weight loss, vomiting 55.6%, 53.8% of constipation, abdominal distension and 61.9% fever 83.4%. Before and after treatment, the scores of P were all less than 0.05 by paired t test, which showed that there were significant differences in the scores before and after treatment, and there was significant difference in statistics.3 patients with KPS score improved in 13 cases, stable in 30 cases, decreased in 5 cases, improved stability rate was 89.6%, P < 0.05, with statistical significance.Conclusion:Improvement in the TCM syndrome, anorexia, abdominal pain, diarrhea, weight loss, fever and so on before and after treatment in patients with obvious improvement; abdominal distention and fatigue symptoms than before also changed;, vomiting, blood in the stool, constipation and so on have certain change, but the overall efficacy than other symptoms. The KPS score before and after comparison and comprehensive overall compared to the comprehensive treatment of application of Yiqi dissipation method of colorectal cancer after operation is the overall evaluation of the patients has certain clinical efficacy can be increased in patients with physical strength, improve the clinical symptoms eventually to achieve the purpose of improving the life quality of the patients and prolong survival.
