ObjectiveThis study through to the guangdong area,120patients with general information and four diagnostic data collection, before and after operation to investigate patients with colorectal cancer before and after operation characteristics and evolution law of TCM syndrome type distribution, so as to provide Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation for colorectal cancer patients before and after surgery and clinical sent the scientific evidence for the clinical.MethodsCollected from2011to2013First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of TCM anorectal surgery and two patients with colorectal cancer meets the inclusion criteria of120cases, use the "look-up of patients diagnosed with colorectal cancer"(see table) face to face one by one in a question and answer form on general information (gender, age, preoperative diagnosis, surgical, pathological staging, etc.) and120patients were discharged the day before surgery one day and four diagnostic data collection, and the collection of general information simple statistical analysis, the contents of four diagnostic data collected to quantify assignment, while the quantitative data entry SPSS17.0statistical tools for cluster analysis, the common factor combined with tongue and pulse and professional knowledge Syndromes.Results1. Age concentrated in patients with colorectal cancer Among fifty to seventy years of age,120patients in81cases of male, accounted for87.5%, women,39(12.5%), the number of male and female prevalence ratio:2.07:1.2.120in patients with the disease, a total of45cases, proportion of37.50%, a total of17cases of ascending colon and liver, accounting for14.20%, a total of16cases of transverse colon, accounting for13.33%. Colorectal cancer is given priority to with adenocarcinoma, operation method is given priority to with the traditional open operation.3. Colorectal cancer patients with preoperative1day main evidence type is:syndrome, blood stasis poison resistance type, type two qi, spleen and kidney Yang deficiency type; Syndrome, a total of42cases (35%), blood stasis poison resistance, a total of29cases, accounted for24.21%, two qi type, a total of25cases (20.82%), spleen and kidney Yang deficiency type, a total of19cases (15.83%), other certificate type5cases, proportion of4.17%.4. Colorectal cancer patients discharged from hospital on the day of the main evidence type is:hepatorenal Yin deficient type hot and humid embodiment, spleen qi deficiency type. In these two kinds of syndrome types of the former was78cases, proportion of65%, and then type a card a total of36patients, the proportion is30%, other type was5%.Conelusion1. Colorectal cancer happens in middle-aged and old male,20to40years old youth have quite proportion, prompt the disease has a younger trend.2. Colorectal cancer patients with preoperative syndrome characteristics: syndrome35%>24.21%> blood stasis poison resistance sex two deficiency type> spleen kidney Yang deficiency type20.82%and15.83%; On the day of discharge mainly by the liver and kidney Yin deficiency type hot and humid embodiment and the spleen and stomach qi deficiency type is given priority to, including liver and kidney Yin deficiency type hot and humid intrinsic65%>30%spleen and stomach deficiency type.3. Colorectal cancer patients with preoperative is given priority to with "solid" card, postoperative is characterized by "virtual" card, generally reflect settlement colorectal cancer preoperative and postoperative syndrome by the changing rule of the "real" to "empty", provides a basis for doctors sent party.4. As an effective means of colorectal cancer radical surgery, resection of the cancer to relieve the clinical symptoms, but does not change fundamentally the colorectal cancer patients with the virtual to real the basic pathogenesis of postoperative treatment of traditional Chinese medicine is necessary.
