Background:Everyone knows that stroke has two characteristics of high incidence and high mortality,it does serious damage to people’s health. Cerebral atherosclerosis stenosis is one of the most important pathological basis of cerebral apoplexy, about 30%- 70% of ischemic stroke is caused by cerebral atherosclerosis stenosis. Therefore, to control the risk factors as soon as possible,is the most effective means of prevention of ischemic stroke.Beijing centers for medical quality control and improve cerebral apoplexy published the "guidelines for screening and diagnosis of atherosclerosis brain" in 2014.It includes the definition of cerebral atherosclerosis, diagnosis and classification standard. This study collected the clinical data of 143 patients with cerebral atherosclerosis and carries on the classification of patients, aims to study the risk factors and the relationship between different levels of cerebral atherosclerosis.Purpose:Discussion on cerebral atherosclerosis risk factors and the classification between correlation and different risk factors and the classification of the degree of correlation with what kind of relationship, in order for different risk factors take individual preventive measures.Method:According to the diagnostic standard of the cerebral atherosclerosis screening and diagnosis, screen the patients from the department of Neurology in the third people’s Hospital of Dalian from March to December in 2015,removes the patients with non atherosclerotic vascular disease.Meet the above criteria and volunteer to join the study of a total of 143 people.According to the grading standard, divided them into three groups, one group, two group and three group.Collect the patient’s age, FPG, blood fat and other data. Use the chi square test and the single factor variance analysis to draw the factors which have significant in cerebral atherosclerosis grading.Use the ordinal logistic regression analysis to draw the correlation between these factors and the classification of cerebral atherosclerosis, so as to find out the significant factors. Results: 1. Age, FPG, TC,TG, BMI, hypertension, diabetes and aerobic exercise in difference among three groups have statistical significance(P<0.05). 2.The HDL-C, LDL- C of the patients, and the smoking, genetic factors in the differences between the three groups have no statistical significance. 3.Patient’s age, every year increase cerebral atherosclerosis has a level of risk for 1.09 times; Patient’s TG level rises 1mmol/L,cerebral atherosclerosis has a level of risk for 3.077 times; No risk of high blood pressure in patients with cerebral atherosclerosis has 43.2% of the level of risk for suffering from high blood pressure patients. Conclusion: 1.Age, FPG, TC, TG, BMI,aerobic exercise, hypertension and diabetes are the risk factors of impact on the classification of atherosclerotic cerebral. 2. Age, TG and hypertension are positively related with cerebral atherosclerosis grading, the highest related degree is TG, followed by the hypertension, finally, the age. 3.High density lipoprotein, low density lipoprotein and whether there were genetic factors, whether smoking were not risk factors for the classification of cerebral atherosclerosis. 4.Due to the small sample size of this topic, the results obtained are limited to the scope of this study, in the future to increase the sample size to do a deeper research.
