Clinical part induction summarized Professor Wang Mei,s deep research of classical traditional Chinese medicine books and records and the innovation based on it, put forward to the insights of pathogeny and pathogenesis of diabetes and TCM herbal paste in the treatment of diabetes disease clinical experience and the advantages, combined with the tutor for nearly 30 years of clinical experience. The review summarizes the application of TCM herbal paste in the treatment of diseases in Department of internal medicine.Results:Professor Wang Mei thinks modern Xiaoke disease due to the eating Feigan, damage the spleen and stomach; emotional stress,burns in the lung and stomach yin fluid; ferrite hot yang constitution, stomach heat dissipation Valley bulimia, spleen and inferior phlegm stasis in diabetes.
