Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Early Femoral Head Necrosis With Brain Decompression Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine

Purpose:Study the clinical curative effect of the treatment of early avascular necrosis with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) and drilling decocpression. Material and method:To choose 41 patients with femoral head necrosis as the research object.The patients in the orthopaedic clinic of liaoning university hospital of traditional Chinese medicine and shenyang orthopedic hospital were admitted.The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The number of treatment group is 21 cases,while the number of control group is 20 cases. The treatment group were treated by drilling decompression with oral Chinese medicine.Card type of the treatment included sputum YuZu collaterals,qi and blood,liver and kidney deficiency.The number of each card type of the treatment group were 7 cases, 8 cases, 5 cases. The control group were treated by drilling decompression and not for oral Chinese medicine.Card type of the control group included sputum YuZu collaterals,qi and blood,liver and kidney deficiency.The number of each card type of the control group were 6 cases, 7 cases, 8 cases.Functional exercise,as common law of two groups, is adjuvant therapy. Compared the changes of hip function of patients of two groups after therapy. Results: 1. The joint function and pain relief of the patients of treatment group and control group were improved. 2. But the treatment group in Harris score is significantly higher than the control group on the magnitude, which having statistical significance(P < 0.05). Conclusion: 1. The drilling decompression can be used in the treatment of early avascular necrosis. 2 Patients with avascular necrosis of femoral head, combined drilling decompression surgery with traditional Chinese medicine treatment, the effect of which is significant and worthy of clinical promotion.
