Objective:To observe and summarize the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with drilling and decompression bone grafting on the middle-term of osteonecrosis of femoral head,to provide theoretical support and basis for clinical promotion and treatmentMethods:Forty patients in the second department of bone injury ward of the of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were hospitalized from October 2018 to October 2019,meeting the clinical diagnostic criteria of osteonecrosis of the femoral head. The middle-term of osteonecrosis of femoral head, and cystic areas were observed on imaging examination.According to the random number table method,40 patients were randomly divided into two groups, and 20 patients with drilling and decompression bone grafting in the control group were selected for routine postoperative treatment. In the treatment group,20 cases of patients with drilling and decompression bone grafting were selected for routine postoperative treatment and traditional Chinese medicine fumigation. After the treatment,VAS score,Harris score and imaging evaluation of hip joint were observed before and after treatmentResults:1.Intra-group comparison:VAS score of patients in the treatment group and the control group was lower than that before treatment, and Harris score of hip joint was higher than that before treatment. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant compared with that before treatment(P<0.01)2.Comparison between groups:After treatment, compared with the treatment group, the VAS score decreased and the hip joint Harris score increased. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant.(P<0.01).The imaging evaluation of the treatment group was higher than that of the control groupConclusion:1.In the observation of efficacy evaluation, the indexes of the treatment group were better than those of the control group, indicating that this method has therapeutic advantages2.Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with drilling and decompression bone grafting has a wide range of adaptability to the medium-term osteonecrosis of femoral head. |
