Purpose:Observation, analysis, research in patients with severe knee osteoarthritis using 3 d printing auxiliary guide of bone cutting technology in clinical application effect and the value of the total knee arthroplasty and the technology of 3 d printing auxiliary envisioned prospects the application of total knee arthroplasty. Postoperative use of mugwort fumigation cooperating with functional exercises and investigate whether argyi powder helps to functional recovery of patients.Method:In November 2013 to December 2015 in our hospital the first line of unilateral total knee arthroplasty in patients with knee osteoarthritis randomly selected 60 patients with observation, analysis, research. Among them, 21 cases of male, female 39 cases; Aged 55-80 years old, average(68.83-7.16). In the application of 3 d printing plate of bone cutting auxiliary total knee arthroplasty in patients randomly 30 cases, line again from conventional total knee arthroplasty in patients randomly 30 cases, constitute a controlled study of two groups. A group for the application of 3 d printing bone cutting guide for total knee arthroplasty, another group as control group, the conventional surgical operation for total knee arthroplasty. Record respectively in the two groups of operation time, intraoperative and postoperative blood loss(total blood loss of intraoperative blood loss and postoperative for the sum of the drain), postoperative knee function to improve the situation, carries on the analysis, comparison, and evaluation of two groups of surgical complications. After two group were under the guidance of the rehabilitation program and cooperate with mugwort fumigation for functional rehabilitation exercise. From 60 patients in the orthopedic hospital by the same performer and team for the first time in shenyang unilateral total knee arthroplasty in samples randomly selected 10 routine mugwort fumigation cooperating with functional exercise of patients into groups scattered, as the experimental group, 10 cases of extracting no mugwort fumigation cooperating with functional exercise of patients into groups scattered, as the control group, were randomized controlled trials, evaluation with mugwort fumigation for functional rehabilitation exercise effect. This study adopts the knee society score(American the knee society knee score, KSS) KSS score method of knee joint after total knee arthroplasty, and functional score. Using SPSS statistical software for statistical analysis and processing, by t test and x2 test statistical analysis to relevant data statistics, with P < 0.05 said the difference was statistically significant.Results:Two groups of postoperative knee KSS score than the knee KSS score and function of the two groups of preoperative scores improved, all P < 0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Postoperative knee KSS score between the two groups and function score score comparison, and no significant difference, P > 0.05, there was no statistically significant difference. No complications occurred in both groups. 3 d group operation time consuming less than conventional surgery time-consuming, using statistical t test method, P < 0.05, the difference was statistically significant. 3 d group operation of total blood loss less than normal group, by statistical t test, P < 0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Postoperative use of mugwort fumigation cooperating with functional exercise, the patient private prosecution, the pain sense of ease, muscle tension, practice function can make patients more active, but its no difference no statistical significance, P > 0.05).Conclusion:Total knee arthroplasty can effectively improve serious patients with knee osteoarthritis of the knee joint function, exempt from unbearable pain, improve the patients quality of life. 3 d printing plate of bone cutting auxiliary for total knee arthroplasty with conventional total knee arthroplasty patients with postoperative knee function recovery, and no significant difference between both is safe and effective way for the treatment of severe knee joint. But the application of 3 d printing plate of bone cutting auxiliary for total knee arthroplasty is larger than that of conventional total knee arthroplasty surgery takes less time, less bleeding volume, and the operation more simple, the corresponding complications probability is smaller. Via patient private prosecution argyi powder can relieve patients’ pain, stiff feeling, can make patients more active functional exercises.
