Clinical Study On Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis With Chinese Medicine Bath And Acupuncture

Purpose: This study was treated with acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine bath for liver and kidney deficiency type of knee osteoarthritis, scientific evaluation of the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine bath with acupuncture for knee osteoarthritis clinical treatment provide true and reliable clinical data and experimental data support. Explore a convenient, efficient and safe method for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Material and method: According to the principles of randomized controlled clinical trials, met the inclusion criteria of liver and kidney deficiency type of knee osteoarthritis outpatients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group and the control group of 30 patients treated with acupuncture herbal medicine bath treatment, control group was applied Voltaren emulgel treatment. Select the VAS score and WOMAC index as the primary outcome measures, and then observe the results were statistically analyzed before and after treatment score changes, the final conclusion.Results: 1. Patients were age, gender, disease duration, VAS score before treatment, WOMAC scores, P> 0.05, the difference was not statistically significant, indicating that the two groups were comparable; 2. Through the two groups before and after treatment in the VAS score, VOMAC scores,, P <0.05, the difference was statistically significant, indicating that the two treatment methods are effective; 3. After treatment VAS scores between the two groups, VOMAC scores, P <0.05, the difference was statistically significant, indicating that the treatment group than the control group; 4. The total efficiency of the treatment group was higher, indicating that medicine medicated bath with acupuncture group is better than the efficacy of Voltaren Emulgel group; 5. After 8 weeks, two follow-up compared with long-term treatment group was higher than the total efficiency;Conclusion:1. Chinese medicine and acupuncture therapy bath with smear Voltaren Emulgel therapy for the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee are valid, but the former is more effective than the latter. 2. After 8 weeks of follow-up, bath traditional Chinese medicine with acupuncture treatment more effective than apply Voltaren Emulgel treatment efficacy.
