Purpose:From the perspective of emotional diseases, using chronic unpredictable mild stress(CUMS) was established rat model of liver depression syndrome distention and fullness, explore the distention and fullness syndrome pathogenesis. Observe the effect of acupuncture needling bilateral Ganshu points and Zusanli on rat model of depression, and on hippocampal tissue ERK, p-ERK, CREB, p-CREB protein content, and to explore its distention and fullness Syndrome Liver Stagnation Syndrome mechanism for the clinical treatment of liver depression and other emotional factors of pathogenic provide scientific theory.Material and method:Subject of the present experiment is 60 SPF level adult female Wistar rats weighing in Between 180g-210 g, were randomly divided into control group, model group, EA group, TCM group and non-acupoint group; each group 12. Research shows that body weight of rats in model group was significantly lower than the control group(P <0.01). After giving interventions EA group, the weight of traditional Chinese medicine group were improved, and compared with the model group, the two groups were statistically significant(EA group P <0.01; medicine group P <0.01). Compared with the model group, the body weight of rats similar to their non-acupoint group(P> 0.05), compared with non-acupoint group, the weight of rats EA group was significantly higher than non-acupoint group(P <0.01). 2. The study showed that compared with the control group, the level of the score and the vertical score model rats in open field test was significantly reduced(P <0.01). After the intervention measures, the EA group, the level of medicine and vertical rats score score improved more than two groups with the model group was statistically significant(P <0.01). Levels in rats EA group scored significantly higher scores and vertical non-acupoint group(P <0.01). 3. The study showed that compared with the control group, the rate of sucrose preference model group decreased significantly(P <0.01). Compared with the model group, EA group, sucrose preference rate medicine group were significantly increased, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01). Sucrose preference rate rats EA group was significantly higher than non-acupoint group(P <0.01). 4. The study showed that compared with the control group, gastric residual rate of model group increased significantly, intestinal propulsive rate decreased significantly(P <0.01). After the intervention measures, the EA group, TCM group was significantly lower residual stomach, small intestine propulsion rate increased significantly, more than two sets with model group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01).5. The study showed that compared with the control group, cerebral model hippocampus CREB/p-CREB, decreased the expression of ERK/p-ERK(P <0.01); EA group, TCM hippocampal tissue CREB/p-CREB, ERK/p-ERK expression increased significantly compared with the model group( P <0.01, P <0.05). Non-acupoint group and model group CREB/p-CREB, ERK/p-ERK expression showed no difference(P> 0.05). Conclusion: 1.EA Ganshu points, Zusanli can improve the distention and fullness liver depression syndrome rat model of depression. 2.EA Ganshu points, Zusanli can increase rat hippocampal, the expression of CREB/p-CREB、 ERK/p-ERK protein to improve liver depression in rats; hippocampal CERB、ERK expression has a positive regulator effect on rat liver depression syndrome distention and fullness have a therapeutic effect. 3.Establishment of a rat model of liver depression syndrome distention and fullness observe behavioral experiments, proved acupuncture Zusanli, Ganshu points efficacy for the treatment of distention and fullness symptoms of liver depression syndrome remarkable.
