Purpose:Studying the impact of overweight or obesity on the 5 most common complications of type 2 diabetes in clinical practice, and to explore the etiology and pathogenesis of TCM,therefore it will provide a theoretical basis for clinical treatment and prevention.Material and method:Randomly select 404 cases of patients with Tyope 2 diabetes in department of Endocrinology, Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2015 to December 2015.Patients met the inclusion criteria were divided into 6 groups according to their age and course of disease. Age:35-55 years old;56-75 years old; over 75 years.Course of the disease:≦10 years;>10 years.According to BMI, the patients of each group are divided into overweight or obese group(BIM≧24 kg /m2) and non overweight(BIM<24kg /m2). Statistics the incidence of complications of obesity on non obesity or obesity in each group.Application SPSS17.0 statistical software to establish the database and statistical analysis by case-control study. Results: 1.DN: IN the groups of A1, B1 and C1, the public OR=3.144,95%CI(1.438,6.875);IN the groups of A2,B2 and C2, the public OR=2.833, 95%CI(1.006,7.979), not contain 1, so it has statistical differences. By the independent test P < 0.05, removing the age factors, overweight or obesity is a very important dangerous factor in the incidence of DN. 2.2.DR: IN the groups of A1, B1 and C1, the public OR=1.110,95%CI(0.474,2.599); IN the groups of A2,B2 and C2, the public OR=0.978, so it has no statistical differences. So overweight or obesity has no relationship with the incidence of DR. 3. DPN:IN the groups of A1, B1 and C1, the public OR=1.193,95%CI(0.631,2.256); IN the groups of A2,B2 and C2, the public OR=1.164,95%CI(0.652,2.078), both of them contain 1, so they have no statistical differences. It shows that overweight or obesity has no relationship with the incidence of DPN. 4.LEAD: IN the groups of A1, B1 and C1, the public OR=3.185,95%CI(1.680,6.038); INthe groups of A2,B2 and C2, the public OR=2.509,95%CI(1.383,4.550), both of them not contain 1, so they have statistical differences. By the independent test P < 0.05, removing the age factors, overweight or obesity is a very important dangerous factor in the incidence of LEAD. 5. CAS: IN the groups of A1, B1 and C1, the public OR=2.963,95%CI(1.518,5.783); IN the groups of A2,B2 and C2, the public OR=3.068,95%CI(1.670,6.065), both of them not contain 1, so they have statistical differences. By the independent test P < 0.05, removing the age factors, overweight or obesity is a very important dangerous factor in the incidence of CAS.Conclusion: 1.Overweight or obesity s a very important dangerous factor in DN、LEAD and CAS for T2 DM. 2.Overweight or obesity has no relationship with the incidence of DR and DPN for T2 DM. 3.Phlegm and dampness is the most important factor in the pathogenesis of obesity and diabetes.
