| XieFuZhuYu soup which is from the “correction of the errors of medical works†has been widely used in nineteen kinds of disease treatment since Qing Dynasty. In recent years, more and more clinical reports suggest expanding the scope of its application. Especially in the aspects of department of gynaecology, it can cure a variety of gynecopathy, such as emmeniopathy, pregnancy illness, postpartum disease, etc.This research has found 117 literatures written about the clinical usage of XieFuZhuYu soup. Excel and Revman5.3 are applied to do various calculation and summary, such as the XieFuZhuYu soup’s applied field in gynecology, drug adjustment, symptoms, clinical curative effect evaluation, etc.Results: 1.XieFuZhuYu soup is used to treat dozens of gynecopathy, such as dysmenorrheal, chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and infertility. 2. Applied XieFuZhuYu soup in the modern clinical research often has other herbs added. Rhizoma cyperi and corydalis tuber are added the most. Astragalus membranaceus, pollen typhae, trogopterus dung and leonurus are ranked number two which have been added often. Platycodon grandiflorum are removed the most, the second is rehmannia. 3. Different diseases have different features, and its different drugs to add and subtract. Rhizoma cyperi, corydalis tuber and leonurus are added to cure dysmenorrheal. Sargent gloryvine, patrinia, rhizome sparganii and curcwma zedoary are added to treat chronic pelvic inflammatory. Drugs for activating blood and dissolving stasis, restoring vital energy and qi-regulating are used to infertility. 4. An analysis of the efficient dysmenorrhea and chronic pelvic inflammatory by meta analysis. The results have shown XieFuZhuYu soup more effective.At the same time, this article summarize the experiences of professor Chenying using this soup to treat chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, uterine bleeding and abortion caused by immune dysfunction.
