Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Occult Nephritis Hematuria By Invigorating Qi, Invigorating The Spleen And Treating Hemorrhage

Purpose: To observe the clinical efficacy of Yushenlu dose adjustment-based nourishing kidney, invigorating spleen, tonifying Qi and hematosis methods for treating latent Nephritis hematuria(Qi deficiency of the spleen and kidney syndrome). Material and method:Using randomized and control method, 60 patients with latent Nephritishematuria(Qi deficiency of the spleen and kidney syndrome) were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, 30 in each group. The treatment group was given orally herbal decoction plus and minus Yushenlu, while the control group was orally Zhiling capsules combined with Shenfukang capsules. The treatment cycles were 8weeks. The main symptoms, signs and uninary RBC count were collected for patients in two groups in the 2,4,6,8week during the treatment period,and liver and kidney function were record once before and after treatment. Results: 1.For TCM syndrome, clinical control cases(3),markedly effective cases(7),effective cases(17),no effective cases(3),the total effective rate was 90% in the treatment group; clinical control cases(0),markedly effective cases(7),effective cases(21),no effective cases(6),the total effective rate was 80% in the control group.The efficacy of the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05). 2. For single symptom of TCM,the efficacy in the treatment group was superior to the control group for treating umbago and frequency of micturation(P<0.05),the efficacy of two groups were the same for treating fatigue,loose stool, asthenia edema and dim complextion(P>0.05). 3.For efficacy of western medicine,clinical control cases(9),markedly effective cases(16)effective cases(2),no effective cases(3),the total effective rate was 90% in the treatment group; clinical control cases(2),markedly effective cases(13),effective cases(7),no effective cases(8),the total effective rate was 73.3% in the control group.The efficacy of the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Yushenlu dose adjustment-based nourishing kidney,invigorating spleen, tonifying Qi and hematosis methods can significantly improve clinical sympyoms of the spleen and kidney), and decrease uninary RBC count, and the method is surely dffective,safe and reliable and worthy of being generalized.
