| Purpose:A retrospective study was conducted to study the clinical efficacy of the traditional Chinese medicine “Yu Shen Lu” for the treatment of chronic renal failure(CKD3-4).Material and method:From July 2018 to June 2019,60 non-dialysis outpatients who attended the outpatient clinic of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and met the diagnosis of chronic kidney failure(CKD3-4)of spleen-kid deficiency syndrome were randomly divided.There were 30 cases in the control group and the other in the treatment group.All 60 patients received basic treatments such as low-salt,low-fat,high-quality protein diet,prevention of infection,correction of ion disturbances,and control of blood pressure.Based on this,the control group applied the proprietary Chinese medicine “Shen Shuai Ning”Capsule(Yunnan Lei Yun Shang Ideal Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.)1.4g orally three times a day;the treatment group applied Decoction which already added Yu Shen Lu 100 ml three times a day.After 4 weeks of treatment,and statistically analyze the biochemical indicators urea nitrogen(BUN)and blood creatinine(Scr)before and after treatment in both groups,and estimate the glomerular filtration rate(e GFR)To evaluate the effect of changes in the above data.Results:1.There were no distinction in gender,age,and CKD stage distribution between the two groups.2.TCM Syndrome Points: The all out compelling rate in the treatment bunch was 86.6%,and the all out successful rate in the benchmark group was 60%.The treatment bunch was better than the benchmark group(P <0.05).The improvement of manifestations in a solitary thing of TCM was not diverse between the two gatherings with troublesome stool(P> 0.05),and different indications were distinctive between the two gatherings(P <0.05).3.Glomerular filtration rate(e GFR): The glomerular filtration rate was increased in both groups,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P <0.05).4.Blood creatinine and urea nitrogen: Scr and BUN were decreased in both groups,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P <0.05).5.There was no distinction in ALT and AST between the two groups before and after treatment(P > 0.05).Conclusion:Decoction which was added “Yu Shen Lu” for chronic kidney failure of spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome(stage CKD3-4),can obviously improves fatigue,fatigue,low back pain,limb weight loss,shortness of breath,lack of appetite,softness in waist and knee,and traditional Chinese medicine symptoms Pass rate,reduce blood creatinine,urea nitrogen. |
