Study On Wang Xu 's Gao

Xugao Wang,whose second name is Tai Lin, born in the year of 1798,and died in the year of 1862. As a people of Wuxi City,Jiangsu Province,Wang learnt the medi cine from his uncle Jingting Gao.He study surgery at first,and then focus on the mis cellaneous diseases of inter medicine.He uses drug accurately in clinical diagnosis,and, he is a famous doctor in Jiangsu and Zhejiang district.About Mr. Wang’s medical record,Gengxia Fang,whose second name is Renyuan,c ollected and edited Xugao Wang’s medical record,and she name it as Medical Record of Xugao Wang,this book have four volumes totally;BaoJie Liu write a book called Medical Record of Huanxi Cottage,which referred to the essence of seven kinds of Mr. Wang’s medical record copied,and this is one part of Four Persons’Medical Record Editted by Mr. Liu. The book Four Persons’ Medical Record Editted by Mr. Liu is B aoyi Liu’s work of his later years 。 Liu died two years later after the book was finish ed,his students proofread this book,and Tonghe Su write preface for it,and his students LanShen Jin,Jichen Wang,and Songxu Liu contributed capital for its publication.This book also reprint after the liberation of China. But so far,there is no person reorganize and research his medical record comprehensively and systematically.The purpose of this thesis is systemic reorganizing the clinical experience and aca demic thought of Xugao Wang. We research it in follow three aspects mainly:First,t he life and academic origin of Xugao Wang. We research the background of Xugao Wang from his times and region. Second,Xugao Wang’s medical record. Through the reorganization and systemic analysis of his medical record,we analyze Xugao Wang’s identification,legislation,medicinal formula,characteristics of drug using,and the efficacy rule from theory,method,prescription,and drug. Third,Xugao Wang’s academic thought and characteristics. Third,Wang is particular about writing the medical recording.Not only his demonstration is clear,but also the word of his medical record is terse. When he a nalyze the specific questions,he can get the key point,and never lose small details,and his thought is very careful. Fourth,his prescription is very precise and flexible 。 Fifth,h e is particular to preparation match and water using on tisane,and he is good at maki ng special preparation.
