Based On "xingxuan Medical Records" To Study Xin’an Physician Cheng Wenxin Academic Thought And Clinical Experience Research

Objective:This article is based on Cheng Wenyou’s clinical medical record "Xingxuan Medical Records",to study the process and compilation characteristics of the medical record,Cheng Xingxuan’s academic origins,academic views,clinical experience in various disciplines,and the characteristics of treatment.In order to relatively systematically explain Cheng Xingxuan’s academic origins and academic views and explore Cheng Wenyou’s clinical experience in treating internal,external,women,and children,and sum up his academic methods.Methods:1)Literature research method:use China Knowledge Network,Wanfang and other data retrieval platforms,as well as access to works,etc.to collect and organize relevant materials on this topic.2)Experience summary method:sort out,classify,analyze,compare,and summarize the medical records in "Xingxuan Medical Records" to make them systematized,theoreticalized,and upgraded to experience.3)Case study method:by selecting some representative medical records,analyzing and discussing them,clarifying their characteristics,and so on,showing the academic thoughts of Cheng’s from the small to the big.Results:1)Through the research of Cheng Wenyou and his main works,it is clear that the editors of "Xingxuan Medical Cases" are Cheng and his disciples.The writing characteristics of this book are:the record is detailed and complete;the selection of cases is rigorous,without concealing one’s morals,and not avoiding one’s own faults;the whole book is compiled regardless of category,with detailed descriptions of disease and pathology;good at metaphors,and presents in a simple and simple way.Medical theory;at the end of the case,Chang’s thoughts or sighs based on the case are often attached.2)By analyzing the content of "Xingxuan Medical Cases",restore the academic origins of Cheng Wenyou,that is,tracing the source of Neijing,learning from Zhongjing、Jingyue,imitating Wu,and bypassing various schools.3)Based on medical records,Cheng Wenyou "dare to innovate and focus on flexibility","medicine is simple but effective,dress up,and act decisively","do not use drugs if you don’t know the symptoms of the patient",and "for those who have doubts about the disease first Try,don’t miss the opportunity","Emotions cause illness,and it is difficult to heal with just medication","Slowly take time for debilitating diseases".4)Through sorting out and categorizing medical records,extract the clinical experience of Cheng’s internal medicine,external medicine,gynecology,and pediatrics.For example,in internal medicine,spleen and stomach diseases rely on deficiency and reality,and limb meridian diseases focus on liver and kidney.When the residual poison of surgical carbuncle is not clear,protect righteousness and clear away heat.Cheng also often obtained miraculous effects from the differentiation of meridians and collaterals.In terms of gynecology,he does not stick to the prescriptions,and he is also good at learning the effects of reason.In pediatrics,he flexibly used the methods of invigorating deficiency and clearing away from convulsions,and used cold and warm medicine for acne syndrome.In the diagnosis and treatment of the two departments of gynecology and pediatrics,he emphasized the need to combine the physical characteristics of women and children.5)Summarize that Cheng Wenyou does not conceal his own merits,does not avoid his own faults,slander the ancients and lose the indulgences,obsess the ancients and lose the restraints,pay equal attention to the medical conditions and the human feelings,and advocate the method of clinical research to increase talents and knowledge.Conclusion:1)"Xingxuan Medical Cases" is a summary of Cheng’s lifelong clinical experience.The writing characteristics of this book determine its modern readability.It has practical significance for the inheritance,research and theoretical improvement of Xin’an medicine,and it is worthwhile the study.2)The Cheng family respected the internal classics in academic origins,respected Zhongjing、Jingyue,imitated Wu and Ye,and learned from many sources.The medical records included in "Xingxuan Medical Records" cover all departments of women and children,both inside and outside.The records of etiology,pathogenesis,principles,prescriptions and medicines,syndrome differentiation and treatment are all detailed and complete.This book has high clinical reference value for Xin’an Medicine and even the whole Chinese Medicine.3)Cheng’s academic viewpoints and scholarly methods have merits in modern clinical practice,both in medical skills and medical ethics.To some extent,they are in line with the current state’s "inheritance essence,integrity and innovation" for the inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine."The requirements are also fully met.
