Objective:The purpose of the clinical experiment is to evaluate the curative effect of cutting bloodletting therapy of Bells palsy, thus for clinical, to explore a kind of effective treat method for easy operation.Methods:Including in the standard of 60 patients with Bells palsy are randomly divided into cutting bloodletting behind the ear intravenous group 30 cases (treatment group) and acupuncture group 30 cases (control group). Respectively in the two groups before and after treatment of facial nerve function score (H-B grade) and facial deformity index (FDI score), with SPSS20.0 finally for data statistics.Results:1. The curative effect comparison between the two groups:After 3 times of the treatment, people of heal, powerful and efficient between two groups show no significant difference, so behind the ear intravenous cutting bloodletting therapy and acupuncture treatment have the similar effect on Bells palsy.2. The H-B grade of two groups within the group comparison after treatment:after the treatment, two groups of patients with H-B grade have improved, suggests that the treatment group and the control group are both effective in improving the facial nerve function.3. Compare two groups of FDI scores after the treatment:Both the FDI scores of the control group and treatment group improve than before.The FDI scores of two groups show no significant difference after the treatment.4. On the aspect of immediate effect after treatment, there is no significant difference in the effect of two groups compared by the chi-square test.5. Behind the ear intravenous cutting bloodletting therapy is a safe and effective treatment for Bell palsy.Conclusion:the study showed that the therapy of cutting bloodletting behind the ear intravenous for Bells palsy can both reduce clinical symptoms and improve the facial nerve function, as well as the effect of acupuncture therapy.As is well known to all, acupuncture is one of the World Health Organization determined as the effective therapy for Bells palsy.Through the comparison between the two methods,it can be considered that cutting bloodletting therapy is effective for Bells palsy. In addition, comparing with acupuncture, the cutting bloodletting therapy has the advantage of simple operation. It can be a master choice as a clinical treatment optimization for Bells palsy patients.
