The cycle is 28 days. After a cycle, two groups’cruative effect were be graded into recovery, effectivity and invalidation.the data were recorded and analyzed by SPSS.Two groups’cruative effect were be compared to conclude the result of the study.Result:①When the study evaluated only by water-swallow test, both groups began to have curative effect with no statistic difference after one week, both groups began to have significant curative effect with no statistic difference after two weeks. After three weeks, the curative effect of treatment group began to superior to the control group.②When the study evaluated only by TengDaoYiLang standard, both groups began to have curative effect with no statistic difference after two weeks.both began to have significant curative effect after three weeks, and treatment group’s effect is superior to the control group.③This study evaluated by both water-swallow test and TengDaoYiLang standard. After a period of treatment,The treatment group the total effective rate with 86.1% was higher than that of the control group with 63.9%.Two groups’curative effect have no statistical difference,x=4.741, p=0.029 (p<0.05).So,treatment group’s curative effect is better than the control group. Conclusion:On the basis of conventional medical treatment and body acupuncture,The Three Parts of Latch Needle is superior to the Swallowing therapy apparatus in the curative effect of swallowing disorder after Stroke.
