A Statistical Analysis Of The Development Of Health Care In The Twelfth Five - Year Plan Period In China

Health cause is related to the people’s livelihood and the happiness index of the residents, which has always been valued by our country. In the past five years, the party and the state in strict accordance with the "12th Five-Year" plan, vigorously develop the health industry, promote regional health and health services, and achieved remarkable results. There are new requirements of The health cause development in the newly the “13th Five-year” Plan, which emphasizes the balance between regional and urban and rural development. Therefore, researching of the health cause development of various regions and overall development of city and countryside in the "12th Five-Year" plan period to provide guidance and advice for the “13th Five-year” Plan is very practical significance.After the completion of the "12th Five-Year" plan, due to the lag of the data, we can’t get the data in 2015. Therefore, when we need the guide the development of the "13th Five-Year" plan, we encountered the following three aspects: first, in the past few years, how was the accomplishment of regional health cause; secondly, did the development of regional health cause match the actual situation; finally, how was the accomplishment of the planning in the urban and rural, how was the difference of accomplishment.We are based on the above three issues, to expand the discussion. First of all, we analyze the development of health cause of the various regions in the "12th Five-Year" plan period by descriptive statistical methods. We show the development of various regions through the graphics. We found that the development of the central and western regions is weak, and the central and western regions are short of health care workers. Then, according to the actual situation and the development speed of the health cause in each region, the cluster analysis method is used to cluster analysis. We find that the overall situation of the whole country is reasonable, but there are still ten provinces,the development speed of which is not in conformity with their own situation. Finally, we analyze the development of urban and rural areas by grey prediction. We found that urban and rural in great disparity in medical resources, and the pace of development of the rural areas is also relatively slow.
