Study On The Construction Of Specialized Nursing Service Ability In Department Of Orthopedics Of Sichuan

With the development of social economy and the continuous improvement of medical and health technology,great progress has been made in the breadth and depth of nursing specialty.At present,the development of nursing specialty in many countries has pointed to specialization,which has become the trend of global nursing development.At the same time,the ability of specialized nursing service has become an indispensable part of measuring the ability of medical and health services.The starting point of this paper is to clarify the current situation and existing problems of orthopaedic specialist nursing service ability in XX provincial hospital through the research of this subject,and explore the path of building the ability of orthopaedic specialist nursing service in hospital,so as to provide reference for orthopaedic practice in other hospitals in the province.Firstly,by using the methods of historical research,case analysis and social investigation,a large number of literatures about specialized nursing and specialized nurses at home and abroad were collected,and the research on specialized nursing and specialized nurses was summarized.Secondly,by combing the development status of specialist nursing and specialist nurses at home and abroad,we can grasp the status quo of orthopaedic specialist nursing service ability of XX provincial hospital at this stage,clarify the existing problems,and analyze the reasons.Thirdly,the ability of specialized nursing service is improved by sending out nurses to study orthopaedic specialist nurses,adopting diversified and targeted professional training for young nurses,standardizing and renovating the specialized training of orthopaedics in provincial hospitals.Finally,in order to further improve the ability of orthopaedic specialist nursing service,it is suggested that XX provincial hospital speed up the construction of training base for orthopaedic specialist nurses so as to improve the ability of orthopaedic specialist nursing service with specialization,refinement,scientificity and high level.
