Study On Digital System Of Stroke Hemiplegia Joint Rehabilitation

PurposeHemiplegia is the symptom of brain damage caused by acute cerebrovascular disease (CVD) (stroke). In China, along with the aging problem increasingly obvious and the change of the disease spectrum, etc.The morbidity, mortality and disability rate of stroke was significantly higher than the international average, what’s more, thousands of stroke patients with loss of one or more athletic ability every year. Many studies have been made on the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in the treatment of hemiplegia. But there has no quantitative research on athletic rehabilitation action of TCM.This paper mainly studies the characteristics of TCM athletic rehabilitation action. And according to the clinical data, we study normalized and standardized rehabilitation scheme of TCM on stroke patients with hemiplegia rehabilitation training, and design digital system of TCM rehabilitation of stroke hemiplegia.MethodFirst, we have aimed at research on the standardization of hemiplegia rehabilitation scheme of TCM characteristics, and we combined TCM rehabilitation experts’clinical experience, and set up technical operation specification of rehabilitation training. Secondly, we manufactured technical parameter acquisition system to collect rehabilitation force and moving track. Thirdly, through the parameter acquisition system, we collected trail and force curve. Fourthly, we studied digital system of TCM rehabilitation of stroke hemiplegia, digital system formed stroke hemiplegia rehabilitation medicine multi model and multi site. Finally, the study on the basic of the TCM athletic rehabilitation action characteristic parameter acquisition system was developed and the characteristic parameter acquisition was completed, The strength and 3D coordinates of all the 89 patients of hands, upper limbs and lower limbs were recorded during TCM athletic rehabilitation action treatment, moreover, the analysis of characteristic parameters were improved, the rehabilitation actions were reconstructed and feature information was extracted, the feature information of athletic rehabilitation action was quantified combining myodynamia, muscular tension, age of patients, strength, angle and frequency of action were analyzed, the features of stroke patients with hemiplegia rehabilitation treatment were Summarized.ResultStroke hemiplegia rehabilitation technology specification of TCM is based on questionnaires, and pay more attention to joint rehabilitation, and select the six main joints as the key rehabilitation, and establish a standardized technical operation specification. TCM rehabilitation technology parameter acquisition system is consists of trajectory capture system, rehabilitation force acquisition system, massage force acquisition system, and it can collect the related parameters.The TCM athletic rehabilitation action characteristic parameter acquisition system is able to acquire and reconstruct the athletic rehabilitation action, feature information of shoulder, elbow, wrist, hip, knee and ankle joint of all the 89 patients of hands, upper limbs and lower limbs was recorded, and the joint activities of the average maximum angle, the average frequency and the maximum rehabilitation force as movement characteristic were extracted, in addition, establish the associated model of general clinical data, myodynamia and muscular tension associated with rehabilitation movement characteristic of patients.ConclusionFor stroke hemiplegia rehabilitation of TCM should be kept joint rehabilitation as the central task, aim at wrist, elbow, shoulder, hip, knee, ankle six joints, according to different stages take four different rehabilitation training mode, which includes initiative and passive, power and resistance training, furthermore, designed the method which is used for collection of TCM rehabilitation of the action characteristic parameter, and made a rehabilitation action characteristic parameters acquisition system of TCM, patients who have the action information in the process of rehabilitation was recorded. For hemiplegia rehabilitation movement features of TCM research, from the quantitative data, with the increase of the muscular tension, the strength increases, the frequency of action decrease, with the increase of myodynamia, the strength decreases in action. The reconstruction of TCM athletic rehabilitation action can compare with the action of doctor real-time, which can provide reference for clinical treatment.
