It’s significance to study and summarize Pro. Zhao Jinxi’s academic thinking and clinic symptom-complex experience of diabetes microangiopathy treatment by the technique of data mining.Objective:Through data mining, analyze Pro. Zhao’s recognition on the origin, pathogenesis and syndromes of diabetes microangiopathy, search for the patho-factors he paid attention, probe his therapeutic principles and prescribed characteristic of diabetes microangiopathy treatment so that his experiences can be inherited and developed well and to supply reference for diabetes microangiopathy treatment.Method:Select 102 diabetes microangiopathy cases in hospital treated by Pro. For the the top five cases, etiopathogenisis include:chronic attacks, gradually aggravation, emotion fluctuation, recurrent attacks, defatigation. For the the top ten cases, origins include:blood stasis and moist block, deficiency of both QI and blood, deficiency of both yin and yang, QI-blood block, stagnation of liver heat-transmission, deficiency of both vital energy and yin, hoisting become estranged, blood stasis, fluid retention stagnating in the interior; symptoms and physical signs include:swollen legs, tired, greasy tongue fur, yellow-moss, cloudy vision, dim tongue, frequent urination at night, bad sleep, turbid urine, thirsty and polydipsia; syndromes are:blood stasis dampness syndromes, syndrome of deficiency of both yin and yang, syndrome of blood stasis due to qi deficiency, syndrome of deficiency of both qi and blood, heat syndrome of liver depression, syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin, syndrome of static blood blocking collaterals, syndrome of static blood blocking collaterals, lift and license, Qi stagnation and heat in the card, phlegm dampness obstruction syndrome.
