Compared with the whole side (licorice), the fifth day of administration, abdominal circumference, body weight all parties (Sunburn Glycyrrhiza inflata) group ratio decreased (P<0.05), remove the whole side blind taste or two of the anti-drug group abdominal circumference/weight value also declined, administration seventh day, then go to (Sunburn Glycyrrhiza inflata) group than the whole party (Sunburn Glycyrrhiza inflata) set weight value increased abdominal circumference (P<0.05). All parties (licorice) group than the whole group increased urine output side (Sunburn Glycyrrhiza glabra), all parties (licorice) increased the amount of ascites group than the model group (P<0.05). Immuno modulationCompared with model group, the whole party (licorice) group, the whole party (Sunburn Glycyrrhiza glabra) group of plasma IgG levels decreased significantly (P<0.05), all parties (Sunburn Glycyrrhiza inflata) ascites group IgM levels decreased significantly (P<0.05), all parties (Sunburn Glycyrrhiza inflata) group ascites IFN-γ compared with the model group (P<0.05). All parties (Sunburn Glycyrrhiza inflata) plasma MDA content was increased compared with the control group (P<0.05).Cardiac function:to Sui (licorice) group of creatine kinase content than the model group (P<0.05).Liver function:albumin go grass group than the whole party (Sunburn Glycyrrhiza glabra) group, the whole party (Sunburn Glycyrrhiza inflata) group, the whole party (licorice) group increased total protein to grass group content than the whole party (Sunburn Glycyrrhiza inflata) group increased (P<0.05).Renal:All parties (Sunburn Glycyrrhiza inflata) and creatinine group go grass group is higher than model group (P<0.05).Conclusions1. DiuresisOverall, the improvement of diuresis aspect, the whole side Zhigancao best group, the whole party Sunburn Glycyrrhiza inflata group, followed by the whole side is relatively poor Sunburn Glycyrrhiza glabra group.
