| Objective:Explore the old baseline levels of low density lipoprotein and do analysis of syndromes, understand the elderly baseline levels of low density lipoprotein and TCM syndrome type distribution, provide the basis for optimization of China’s elderly lipid-lowering scheme.Methods:Randomly collected 562 cases of elderly patients in hospital, based on principles of inspection, auscultation and olfaction, inquiry, and pulse-taking and palpation, engraving disease by pulse and tongue, and refer to the Chinese medicine new medicine clinical research guiding principles (try out) (2002) of traditional Chinese medicine, tabulation, and recording LDL test results.All data using statistical software for statistical SPSS20.0, adopting the method of chi-square test, single factor analysis of variance, correlation analysis and so on.Results:Of 562 cases of elderly patients with a minimum of 60 years old, biggest 94 years old, the average age of 72.61 ± 9.462 years old, the age group of 60-69 years,70-79 years, over 80 years. LDL average of 2.9076 ± 0.74492 mmol/L, in this study for low density lipoprotein average baseline levels, and age was positively related to the level of LDL.Correlation test P < 0.05 were significantly related. That along with the age increasing LDL level is obviously decreasing trend, which may be related to a diet of connection. Phlegmy wet type repression in 270 patients,78 cases of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency type,95 cases of liver and kidney Yin deficiency type, Yin deficiency type hand in 48 cases,71 cases of qi stagnancy and blood stasis syndrome. The syndrome type with an average age of the distribution of total trend is:phlegmy wet deter type> Yin deficiency type hand> spleen and kidney Yang deficiency type> liver-kidney Yin deficiency type> Qi stagnancy and blood stasis. Phlegmy wet type deter patients both in Numbers and the average age is more than the rest of the card type, may be because the elderly patients with deficiency of vital qi, viscera function recession, liquid water distribution obstacles, oneself can’t gas, and phlegm turbidity.Patients with liver and kidney Yin deficiency and Yin deficiency of hand LDL average higher than other kind of this syndrome, but through the statistical analysis of the distribution of various TCM syndrome types LDL level no obvious different, this may be due to the investigation and study of sample size is less that can not tell the LDL levels and the correlation between TCM syndrome.Conclusion:1.562 cases of elderly patients with LDL average of 2.9076 ± 0.74492mmol/L, with the domestic parts of elderly patients with baseline levels of LDL is similar research results, and the United States and some European countries elderly patients with baseline levels of LDL, compared the results of a survey, so the results to improve the safe and effective lipid-lowering therapy in the elderly.2. This study found that the average 60～69 years old elderly patients with low density lipoprotein is higher than the elderly over the age of 70 years, as the growth of the age, the average LDL showed a trend of decline, according to the study of LDL distribution can be found in each age with age increasing LDL levels also present obvious decreasing trend.3. It is more commonly found in elderly patients with phlegm dampness repression, because of the deficiency of vital qi in the elderly, viscera function recession, liquid water distribution obstacles, gas fluid, easy ShengTan turbidity. |
