Make this approach method of systematization, standardization, improve the clinical efficacy, and Enrich the Chinese medicine treatment of mastalgia.Method:A total of 60 moderate and severe cyclical mastalgia patients were selected through the Capital Medical University Beijing Chinese Medicine Hospital’ s breast department,60 patients were randomly divided into two groups:test group and control group.the test group use the wet heat therapy of Chinese traditional medicine with distal acupoints acupuncture treatment, the control group with pure distal acupoints acupuncture. All patients were enrolled from 1 to 7 days After the menstruation, and were to complete 14 sessions of treatment, each treatment session lasting 20 minutes, treatment of 1 times a day, 14 times as a course of treatment, and complete within a month.Results:60 patients were initially inducted into this study, while subsequently 4 cases withdrew from the study, there was 28 patients in the test group and 28 patients in the control group. Compare the diseases efficient of two groups, the test group patients saw a 28.57% rate of successful treatments and 100% rate of efffective treatments. The control group saw a 7.14% rate of successful treatments and 78.57% rate of effective treatments.Both the effective rate and successful rate in the test group are better than the control group, and there was statistical significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). In terms of improving systemic symptoms, the test group patients saw a 100% rate of effective treatments, and the control group was 71.43%. The effective rate in the test group are better than the control group, and there was statistical significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). In the rate of effective treatments,2 groups showed similar results(P>0.05).the total efficiency of the test group than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); two groups markedly effective rate similar effect (P> 0.05). In reducing breast ultrasound imaging score, mammary gland thickness, ductal diameter, the pain score of patient feels ite (S)and the total pain score (T), two groups showed similar results (P> 0.05).Conclusion:the local wet heat therapy of Chinese traditional medicine can significantly improve breast pain, lumps of symptoms, and can reduce the total number of words and improve emotional symptoms, thereby improving the quality of life of patients. It is a characteristic external treatment methods of traditional Chinese medicine with work fast, safe and reliable, easy to operate and in clinical practice, so it have clinical significance.
