A Design And Realization Of Office Automation System Based On ChangChun Communist Committee

With the diversification, complication and efficient requirement of modern official business,the OA (Office Automation) has developed fast and been used in many fields of enterprises or governments.As the result, it promotes the enterprise and government departments development at high speed, raises productivity and competitiveness. This dissertation focuses on researching and grasping the knowledge of office automation system, designing an office automation system, with that knowledge, for the government using. The main research work of this dissertation is as following: Firstly, the recent development of OA is introduced, and the current technology of that is analysized; the technology and instrument of realizing the OA of the Changchun Communist Committee are selected based on pratical need. Secondly, before designation and realization of the OA, the work of requirement analysis was done for well designing user interface. It includes understanding operation flow of the daily work, analysizing target and function of the system, demonstrating the feasibility of the planning. After requirement analysis, system architect is done according to the following principles, seniority, practicality, security, expansibility, which require advanced computer technology, emphasize satisfaction of user requirement, secure accesss and authentication of the data, and consider necessity of far-reaching development. According to the development course of the software engineering, the work will include requirement analyzing, detail designing to design and divide the functional module, the structure of database, editing program code based on detail designing, testing the whole system before it has been used to ensure it can run correctly and fulfill the functional requirement. The system consists of six modules, the administration of office, document, system, facility, personnel, and accesss. These independent modules communicate through user information such as user name and cryptogram, which control different workflow and information management. The foremost module is document management, which is in charge of document draft, correction, examinaton, approvation, approval, and print. Especially for the convenience of information management, it has filing function to record detail information, draft, attention, opinion, contents, and so on. The module of office administration is developed for notice announcement. The module of personnel management is used for daily transaction. The module of system management is mainly for organization and administration of each departmental and personnel application. After system architect, each module is designed in detail. Then relation database is adopted, and workflow is ascertained. At last, programming is fulfilled according to system analysis. The emphasis of this dissertation is system analysis. Although the design scheme is revised again and again, the system still needs unceasing promotion. At present, the system is tested in each department. It will promote the work efficiency of the Changchun Communist Committee.
