With the growing popularity of the Internet, Number of user increase rapidly. Requirements of content and application for Internet are growing increasingly. So, Web server should have capability for process a large amount of concurrent access, moreover, processing and I/O capacity of server has become a bottleneck of providing service, more and more Web sites find it difficult to provide their clients with satisfactory quality of service. Though Network bandwidth has increased many times nowadays, bandwidth is not only factor result in slow velocity, if you haven't better Load Balance Strategy, No matter how width the bandwidth, user would feel slow all the same. CDN ( Content Delivery Network) emerged as the times require , It is a common solution to this problem is to replicate the site content over several machines at specific locations and to redirect clients to a nearby replica (load state is best ) .Users are likely to observe better access performance . So CDN can reduce request delay and imporve the utilized efficiency of network resource.That the CDN core technique chiefly consists of the Load Balancing technique, Cache Mechanism , The Dynamic Content Delivery & Replication, Dynamic Content Route , Security services and so on , But the Load Balancing technique make the very significant and general sense to different type of computer network system .Consequently, The paper thoroughly studied CDN Load Balancing Technique.Moreover, Content Delivery Network is all baseding on IPV4 now , IPV6-based CDN system is still under test . However ,At the same time of tremendous success IPv4 , The IPv4 also is confronted with the predicament of address space using up. Although introduce NAT technique , CIDR technique , and issue of lack of IP address was put off to some extent , the development of mobile communication technique propose the greatter demand to IP address space . Therefore, it is imperative to implement next generation internet protocol IPv6 . But now almost all network equipments only supports IPv4 , It is unrealistic to complete update form IPv4 to IPv6 in one nighttime . The IPv6 have to support and handle the some legacy problem of IPv4 system. May predict , transition between IPv4 and IPv6 need considerable time. At the same time , the new feature of IPv6 has inherent superiority to support CDN Load Balancing technique, as a result , as the application layer system CDN have tosupport IPV6 protocol. Therefore the IPv6-based CDN Load Balancing Technique is the paper's research task.On the one hand, The paper will research how to exceedingly utilize powerful non- linear nature , large-scale parallel processing , self-study , self-organization and fault-tolerance capability of neural net to improve performance of CDN load balancing algorithm , this is creative idea of paper. Moreover some limitations of Load-Balancing algorithm and BP neural network have been analyzed , Based on that, BP neural network is implied in the Load-Balancing of the network, Load-Balancing strategy for Content Delivery Network and its merits based on Improved BP algorithm have been put forward . On the Other hand , difference between IPV4 and IPV6 have been researched and analyzed,, the IPv6-based system has been implemented.
