The background of this paper is the carrier photoelectricity detecting system of "8xx" detective vessel.The technique of target photoelectric data collection and processing based on the embedded system is researched.The hardware flat of the system of the long wave Infrared Radiation tracking-measure and data collection-memoy in carrier system is empoldered with the research: the collection and memory card for IR image basede on PCI bus and the embedded display and control impoldered board basede on ARM9.Making use of two flats,the dynamic IR image captured by IR pickup camera can be displayed and deposited to process behind and the working state of system can be displayed and controlled by means of embedded technique.The collection and memory card for IR image can transmit high-speed image data with DMA mode of FIFO in the PCI bus controller.This way assure the real-time quality and the veracity and satisfy the storage need of a great of data quantity for the system.The collection circuit has good stabilization and credibility.Using this card to collect real data has obtained the nice original image.The embedded display and control impoldered board basede on ARM9 adopt the chip with ARM9 core as MCU and use multi-peripheral interface and independent the display module.This board can realize the exchange and display for information and multi-communication means and have favorable expansibility and transplantability.
